This designation comes from approval by the State of Indiana Criminal Justice Institute, which monitors county fees collected on drug and alcohol-related charges in the courts system. The LCC has the authority to grant these funds annually to county-based prevention, treatment and law enforcement agencies through a grant application process.  For more information about the grant application, please contact Diane Braun.
