The birth of a new baby is one of the most wonderful experiences in life – a time filled with joy and anticipation. Becoming a parent can also bring challenges. Expectant parents may feel overwhelmed and unprepared.

This course is designed to help establish positive parenting skills and gives parents the tools they need to be the best they can be.

Family First Foundations is for any expecting couple. The group meets once a week for 4 prenatal sessions and then returns for 4 sessions after the babies are born. Participants are given essential baby items at each session.

Testimonials

“Taking care of a baby – your baby – especially when it’s your first child…wow! There are so many questions and concerns. Joey and I are constantly Googling what is normal and if what I just did is ok.

The Family Foundations class is an opportunity to share and hear from other families going through the same experience. The best way to have success is with a plan. Family Foundations helped us create that plan for our family and then make the appropriate changes when needed.”
