Facilitated by Youth First Mental Health Professionals, Teen Series is a classroom program for 9th graders designed to support a successful transition into high school.
Teen Series topics include suicide prevention (Question, Persuade, and Refer – the QPR program), dating, substance misuse, coping skills for depression, anxiety and anger, and family relationship issues.
Youth First Mental Health Professionals reinforce healthy lifestyle choices and introduce themselves as a source of support for students.
