Facilitated by Youth First Social Workers, Teen Series is a classroom program for 9th graders designed to support a successful transition into high school.
Teen Series topics include suicide prevention (Question, Persuade, and Refer – the QPR program), dating, substance use and abuse, coping skills for depression, anxiety and anger, and family relationship issues.
Youth First Social Workers reinforce healthy lifestyle choices and introduce themselves as a source of support for students.
